Thai Vue, Executive Director of Wisconsin United Coalition of Mutual Assistance Association (WUCMAA)
WUCMAA acquired the services of Ms. Yengyee Lor to help facilitate its strategic planning and programs assessment and evaluation. As the chairman of the SCAODA’s Cultural Diversity Committee, I requested the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Care and Treatment Services to acquire the service of Ms. Yengyee Lor to help facilitate the committee’s vision, mission, and goals. I am very pleased with the works Ms. Lor provided to both organizations. She provided a great clarity to the process and very articulate in engaging participants.
Mai Zong Vue, Board President of The Hmong Institute (THI)
We acquired Ms. Lor for our Strategic Plan and some board training. Ms. Lor was able to help the Hmong Institute craft a Strategic Plan that is relevant, achievable, specific, measurable, and accountable. As a Working Board and newly established non-profit, this was very helpful to us. She also provided board training to us, which allowed the board to have deeper conversations, understanding of board responsibilities, and develop policies and procedures.
