Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Position Summary:


Faithful Consulting is searching for a talented Virtual Assistant to join our company!

Our selected candidate is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team and customers under minimal supervision. This position will be involved in customer support, various projects as requested, high-level brand strategies, and business development.


The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, well-organized, and able to communicate through multiple channels (Skype, Zoom, Go-To-Meeting). The Virtual Assistant is expected to build and maintain strong working relationships, uphold company integrity, and instill trust and respect with partners and customers.


The Virtual Assistant will report directly to the Business Manager.



  • Collaborate with Business Manager on developing high-level brand strategies

  • Research and stay on top of marketing trends for our industry

  • Create/design promotional, marketing, and social media material

  • Maintain website of internal and external customers (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress)

  • Manage social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)

  • Manage communication and relationships with customers (Email, Phone)

  • Create and schedule newsletter email automation, 1x/month

  • Generate leads to deploy new growth strategies for the company

  • Assist and prepare customer spreadsheets, budget, track and keep online records.

  • Handle confidential information and intellectual property with integrity and care

  • Manage a contact list (e.g., CRM, automation systems)

  • Responding to emails and phone calls

  • Scheduling and organizing calendars, meeting spaces, and conference rooms

  • Booking travel accommodations

  • Additional duties as assigned



  • Two (2) years’ previous administrative experience

  • Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a group

  • Proficient in computer skills:

    • Operating systems (Windows and MacOS)

    • Office suites (Microsoft Office, G Suite)

    • Presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote)

    • Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)

    • Communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, ClickUp)

    • Accounting software (QuickBooks)

  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Enjoys being creative and learning


Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree


Preferred Skills

  • Graphic Design Degree

  • Marketing Degree

  • Social Media knowledge

  • Business Development Experience

  • Strong customer service and presentation skills

  • Understanding of business management
