Mark Sanders is an internationally recognized speaker, consultant, educator, and author in behavioral health and recovery. His work has reached audiences across the United States and internationally, with a focus on substance use recovery, trauma-informed care, prevention, and recovery-oriented systems of care.

He is the author of five books on behavioral health recovery and has received multiple lifetime achievement awards for his contributions to the field, including the NAADAC Enlightenment Award. Mark has also taught at leading schools of social work, including the University of Chicago, Loyola University Chicago, and Illinois State University.

As a consultant and educator, Mark brings deep expertise, wisdom, and a long-standing commitment to helping communities, professionals, and systems better support recovery, healing, and lasting change.

Alfredo Cerrato Lanza is a Senior Workforce Development Officer at CHESS, where he leads national training and systems improvement initiatives in behavioral health. His work focuses on translating proven models into practical, people-centered strategies grounded in the National CLAS Standards.

He is especially recognized for bridging cultural understanding with implementation science to support sustainable change in behavioral health systems.

Dr. Cindra Vang, Strategic Consultant

Dr. Cindra Vang brings expertise in strategic financial leadership, business growth, and organizational strategy. As Founder and CEO of Provision CFO, she provides fractional CFO and accounting services that help small and medium-sized businesses strengthen financial clarity, improve operations, and plan for sustainable growth.

With a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, Dr. Vang’s work spans financial strategy, strategic planning, leadership development, organizational health, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Her expertise supports clients in making informed decisions, improving organizational performance, and building long-term sustainability.

Dr. Ying Yang, Organizational Consultant

Jenn Espinosa-Goswami is an ICF-certified public speaking coach and Founder of Weightless LLC. A former Toastmasters International officer and graduate of the Masters of Leadership program at Augsburg University, Jenn helps leaders speak more clearly, consistently and confidently on stage or camera and get paid for their expertise. Over the past 10 years, Jenn has presented to thousands of executives and entrepreneurs, and was recognized by Influence Digest as top 15 coaches in Minneapolis. Prior to starting her company, Jenn served as a certified fraud examiner for 16 years within Fortune 500 financial companies.
