
The Hmong Civic Leadership Program is a 9-month program from March through November 2023 located in St. Paul, Minnesota.
It is the first of its kind that will educate leaders through a combination of leadership training, public servant speakers, networking, and the completion of a civic leadership project.
This program aims to provide more equitable educational and civic leadership training to the Hmong community. If you are interested in learning more about the issues in your community, how you can help solve or be part of the solution, and what it takes to be an influential civic leader, this program is for you.
